Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q: Do you ship to ______________?

A: I provide worldwide shipping, so you can order EE products from anywhere in the world.

Q: How long does it take for me to receive a custom order?

A: I ask for 1-3 weeks to ship custom orders. All orders are made-to-order, so ordering in specific rope colors may be necessary. Once your items are shipped, USA shipments will take up to 3 days and international orders will take 7-14 days.

Q: How long does it take for me to receive premade products?

A: Premade products will ship 1-5 after the order is placed. Please allow 1-3 days for USA delivery and 7-14 days for international.

Q: What halter sizes do you offer?

A: We offer 13 different halter sizes ranging from foal to draft horse. We also offer the option of custom sizing if you would like to send in measurements for a hard-to-fit horse. Please keep in mind that if your halters seem to have a tight fit at first, they will form to the correct size and shape over time. Our rope is very flexible and sometimes measurements will slightly vary. 

Q: Are you looking for ambassadors?

A: Please check out my Apply to be a Brand Ambassador page. I will have applications open twice a year, and I will always have it posted on that page! Also be sure to follow us on social media to receive updates about when we will be opening applications back up. 

Q: What type of rope do you use?

A: This varies since I have so many different products and styles. Cobra halters and bitless bridles are made from 3/8" utility rope. Clinician halters are made from 1/4" double braid polyester. Lead ropes are made from 9/16" double braid polyester. Neck ropes are made from 3/8" utility rope. Braided nosebands, neck rope grips, reins, and wither straps are all made from braided 550 paracord. Q: How did you learn to make these products?

A: Almost all of my designs and measurements are self-taught. I did a lot of trial and error with determining what measurements to use and what braids are strongest. I learned a lot of information along the way which helps me to create designs for tack.

Q: Where do you get your materials?

A: I have personal connections with multiple suppliers and back-up suppliers that help me to run my business. All custom orders are made-to-order and my wonderful suppliers are kind enough to supply materials on a day-to-day basis. 

Q: How much does ________ cost?

A: All prices can be found on my Shop page, where you will find all of my products. The best way to estimate price is to choose the variations you want, add the item(s) to your cart, and go to the checkout page to see the total.

Q: Will you send me a photo of my custom order before I pay for it?

A: I do not begin making custom orders until I have received full payment. That means that you will not be able to see a photo of the finished product until after you have paid. However, I can braid examples of how colors will look together or send you photos of certain colors next to each other so you have an idea of what it will look like!

Q: I don't like the colors I chose for my custom item. Can I return it?

A: Please refer to our Returns or Exchanges page.
